Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Garage Cabinets Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workshop organization. If your storage system isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Cabinetry

  Carefully repackage all components in their original heavy-duty shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and schedule a freight pickup or drop-off; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the units for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
