How are the garage cabinets shipped?
Due to their size and weight, most of our cabinet systems are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. They are securely packed on pallets to prevent damage during transit. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do the cabinets arrive pre-assembled or flat-packed?
We offer both options. Our 'Professional Series' often comes fully welded and ready to install, while our 'Modular Series' may arrive flat-packed with detailed instructions for home assembly.
What materials are used in your cabinet construction?
Our cabinets are crafted from high-grade cold-rolled steel, ranging from 18-gauge to 24-gauge thickness depending on the series. All units feature a powder-coated finish to resist rust, scratches, and chemical spills.
Can I customize the layout of my cabinet system?
Yes, our modular systems are designed to be flexible. You can mix and match lockers, wall cabinets, and base units to fit your specific garage dimensions and storage needs.
What is your return policy for large storage systems?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that return shipping costs for freight items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Are the worktops included with the base cabinets?
Most of our complete sets include a choice of Bamboo or Stainless Steel worktops. If you are purchasing individual modules, worktops can be added to your order separately to match your configuration.
